¿Cómo se limpia una mesa de microcemento?
La limpieza diaria es muy sencilla: basta con un paño suave ligeramente humedecido y un limpiador neutro. No recomendamos usar lejía, amoniaco fuerte ni productos muy abrasivos, ya que pueden dañar el sellador con el tiempo. Con estos cuidados básicos, la mesa se mantiene en buen estado durante muchos años.
¿Es resistente a manchas y rayaduras?
La mesa está protegida con un sistema de sellado específico para microcemento, pensado para uso diario. Soporta bien el contacto con líquidos y manchas habituales si se limpian en un plazo razonable. Aun así, es importante evitar cortes directos con cuchillos y arrastrar objetos metálicos pesados para no marcar la superficie.
¿Puedo usarla en exterior o solo en interior?
Depende del modelo y del proyecto, pero en general nuestras mesas se pueden usar en interior y en exterior cubierto. Si la quieres a la intemperie todo el año, lo ideal es comentarlo al hacer el pedido para ajustar el sistema de sellado y la base. Te asesoramos en función de si va a estar en terraza cubierta, porche o exterior totalmente expuesto.
¿Cuál es el plazo de fabricación y entrega?
Trabajamos pieza a pieza, por encargo. El plazo habitual de fabricación de una mesa de microcemento a medida suele estar entre 6 y 8 semanas desde la confirmación del pedido (puedes poner tu rango real). La entrega se coordina contigo para asegurar el acceso al espacio y la correcta instalación.
¿Cuántas personas pueden sentarse cómodamente en esta mesa?
Para una longitud de 240 cm, 8 comensales pueden sentarse perfectamente.

How do you clean a microcement table?
Daily cleaning is very simple: just use a soft, slightly damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. We do not recommend using bleach, strong ammonia, or highly abrasive products, as these can damage the sealant over time. With this basic care, the table will remain in good condition for many years.
Is it stain and scratch resistant?
The table is protected with a specific sealing system for microcement, designed for everyday use. It withstands contact with liquids and common stains well if cleaned within a reasonable timeframe. Even so, it’s important to avoid direct cuts with knives and dragging heavy metal objects across it to prevent marking the surface.
Can I use it outdoors or only indoors?
It depends on the model and the project, but in general, our tables can be used indoors and in covered outdoor areas. If you want it outdoors year-round, it’s best to mention this when ordering so we can adjust the sealing system and base accordingly. We’ll advise you based on whether it will be on a covered terrace, porch, or in a completely exposed outdoor space.
What is the manufacturing and delivery time?
We work piece by piece, made to order. The typical lead time for a custom microcement table is between 6 and 8 weeks from order confirmation (you can specify your actual timeframe). Delivery is coordinated with you to ensure access to the space and proper installation.
How many people can comfortably sit at the GALEN table?
In its standard size, GALEN comfortably seats 8-10 people, and can accommodate up to 14 by adjusting the length and width. If you require a different configuration, we can adapt it to your project.
